The location and the staff are excellent, but there’s no elevator, and people bring and load luggage, which makes it impossible for disabled guests. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Royal Lion in Galagadara. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with stunning mountain views that make your stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious—freshly prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kandy area who wants a calm and cozy experience with great hospitality!

We stayed at Royal Lion Hotel during our trip to Kandy and had a great experience! The rooms were spacious and clean—just wow! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a perfect start to the day. The staff were very nice, friendly, and always ready to help. It's also just a short drive to Kandy, making it a convenient stop. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay
