The staff welcomed me warmly and offered loads of useful tips: how to catch the shuttle to and from the Taj Mahal, where to buy a quality kurti, the best spot to restock personal items, and more. Everyone was very helpful!

I was denied entry even though I had a booking; they said “no rooms available.”

The location is near the Taj, easy to spot at night, and transport is nearby. The building looks very old, with damaged walls that have holes, a cramped room, poor mattresses, dirty bedsheets, and outdated, broken furniture. The bathroom is also rundown, and the mirror is completely rusty. The only positive was that hot water was available if you turn on the heater outside the room at a height. The owner let us keep our luggage in his office after checkout without extra cost, and he helped us with a late check‑in after we insisted on not cancelling. Overall it was uncomfortable and unpleasant; I wouldn’t recommend it. Spend more money and stay elsewhere.

The location is close to the Taj Mahal, free shuttles run all day, the staff are pleasant, and there is hot water. The rooms, however, are damp.
