The location was very good for visiting Plitvice Lakes, quiet, intimate, and very comfortable. The only thing I might add is a bit more to the breakfast offering, but everything else was great.

The breakfast was fairly tasty and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t like that the hotel claimed to have many amenities but actually had none: there was no playground, the internet barely worked, the TV was broken, there was no kettle, and the common area had no hot water. When we asked for water, we had to use our own kettle, and the kettle was inexplicably locked behind the private doors. The breakfast was cold both days, and the yogurt had expired. The spa was very dirty, with hair floating in the pool, and the sauna was only open for an hour and difficult to enter. There was no mop to clean wet floors, no space to change or dry clothes, and the sauna itself was filthy; the first evening it didn’t even have lights. The second evening we expected the bathtub to be cleaned, but it wasn’t. Since everything was connected within 5 minutes of arrival, the room was cold. The room initially looked clean, but you couldn’t prevent a child from dropping something under the bed or behind the wardrobe. Dust motes and unclean floors, with dust accumulated, left us very dissatisfied and we would not return. We paid a lot, and this is the most expensive place in the two countries for a month’s trip.

“Relax and Nature with a very good accomodation!”

The breakfast was good, the location fantastic, and it’s close to Plitvice Park in a truly relaxing setting.
