I spent four nights with my partner and they only swapped the bedding once after the third night, even after we told them.

The rooms were spotless 👌, and there were no issues.

We booked on time and paid, received our key, but when we returned after leaving the room we discovered strangers sleeping in it; attempts to call the staff met no response, the security guard was nowhere to be found, and we endured cold weather until 2 am without any help.
