“Lovely and clean room, amazing staff, will definitely return!”
The room was lovely and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going the extra mile to keep me comfortable. English‑speaking staff were available, and the breakfast offered a good selection. I’ll definitely book again when I visit Ilha next time.
I liked everything, especially the reception and the location.

The room had a small balcony with a glass door; it would have been better if a key were provided to lock it. I requested it during the two days I stayed, but it was not given, so I couldn’t sleep well, worrying about our safety. From the street, someone could easily reach the two piles of bricks used in the hotel’s renovation near the wall, walk to the balcony, and enter my room with the door open.
The location and service were good, and the hotel was functional. However, it was a simple place without an elevator, so we had to climb stairs carrying our luggage.
