The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and we liked that it had a balcony. The duvet was a bit too thick for this weather, so we woke up sweaty even with the AC on.

The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were uncomfortable and needed changing. The room was small but suitable for a short stay. The directions to the room were very clear. There was no coffee or tea, and the kettle only had cups.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable property, large and comfy bed. The room is really nice and welcoming, with all the essentials. The area is well served, only 5 minutes on foot to the historic centre of Villanova and a few minutes by car to the Poetto beach. Even the air‑conditioning works very well (and in this hot period it’s not always a given). We really enjoyed the communication with the owner—quick and very polite replies. I have to say it couldn’t have gone better 🙂
