The surroundings were beautiful, the house felt completely authentic and traditional, and we loved the dining area and the antique baby high chair; we booked two rooms with bathrooms for my family and stayed a few nights, but it was very hot and we barely slept. Spiders and cobwebs were a problem.

The setting was bucolic, the welcome was very friendly and warm, and we discovered lovely nearby spots like the Marais Poitevin and Niort.
