The place was clean, but the hotel told customers to pay an extra £100 to get a refund after seven days, and some of the towels are old and need replacing.

Went elsewhere as thought £7.50 for a continental was expensive. Nothing mentioned about £100 deposit per room when you check in. The bar wasn't obvious that it could be used
