The view is nice. The cleanliness and smell are extremely bad, especially the sheets that are dirty and not fit for human use, maybe even for animals. I don’t know why the owners, who are Saudi (Qassim), would treat it like that. The mattresses are old and of terrible quality, not suitable for sleeping at all. I suspect the owners never entered the rooms or tried sitting or sleeping in them. The awful smell, especially from the sheets and bed, would make anyone vomit on first sniff. The kitchen utensils are dirty and scarce. I booked for five days in advance and had to endure this, only able to wait and stay there after I had to tip the cleaning staff to get at least a decent sheet. The mattress was refused to be changed because there was none else. I hope the owners will be more careful with guests and the money they collect, and pay more attention to the rooms, cleanliness, and bed comfort, perhaps renovating the rooms and the hotel overall. It’s sad that this hotel is in such a good location overlooking the river, yet it’s in this state. They should focus on the interior instead of the outside cafés and expansions. Just a piece of advice and regret for the beautiful location.

The location and view are nice. The staff were not cooperative; I booked a room without a balcony and tried to upgrade it to a balcony room, but the hotel management did not cooperate.

The hotel is a very beautiful and simple rural place; it’s not luxurious but it’s lovely and comfortable, and the experience is very good for the price, definitely worth trying. There’s a comfortable café lounge with a beautiful view. Parking is a bit tight, and breakfast is not available.

Nothing good. There’s no clean air conditioning, no facilities in the room, the bed and sheets are old, and there’s noise from outside.
