The spa and salon were truly professional, and I was impressed by the facilities.
The location by the sea, surrounded by subtropical vegetation, was stunning.
My room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the Black Sea.
The hotel's location offered breathtaking views from my room window, and the breakfast was excellent.

The experience was very enjoyable. The pool was great. The water pressure in the bathtub was very weak.
“Great location, terrible hotel.”
The design is tacky and poorly made, with cheap materials everywhere. Plumbing is broken, fixtures neglected, and windows are filthy. Bathroom tiles are dangerously slippery—a safety hazard. Staff are rude and slow. The restaurant and breakfast are a disaster—overpriced, poorly made, bad service. For this price, you could easily book a proper international hotel chain. Don’t waste your money; avoid it. The location is fantastic.
“Отель очень изношен и не безопасен!”
The location was great. At reception, a staff member told my girlfriend she needed to find “Alen Delon” even though no one had asked her about it. The rest of the place feels old and doesn’t match its price, plus there’s constant train noise. The restaurant is worn out. The view from the room was divine, the only thing I liked. I don’t recommend staying here—just come for a photo and leave. My opinion may differ from others, but the facts speak for themselves.
The spot is fantastic and full of potential, the restaurant impressed with excellent service and the front‑desk staff were friendly. However, breakfast didn’t start until 9:00 am, which is unacceptable, there were no attractions for kids or adults, no mini‑market, and the bar closed at 21:00—hardly fitting for a five‑star resort. The buffet menu was dull for a 5‑star property, and the bar employee was sluggish, seeming to discourage guests. Always ask for a receipt after any purchase because the hotel might try to charge you again at checkout; we ran into that issue with the transfer fee, and although they eventually refunded the disputed amount, it left a sour taste. We were a large group with children, and we won’t be returning.
Our room was wonderful, offering a spectacular view even from the shower, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The spa boasts two pools, though it could use a bit of maintenance: half the jets in the jacuzzi were dead, and the sauna’s door handles were mismatched—wood outside, metal inside—so swapping them would make sense. The entertainment centre felt outdated and shabby, clashing with the rest of the hotel, and half the bowling lanes were out of order.
