Treebo Castle Rock Inn

I had a great stay at the hotel; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and the service was good. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place.

The bed experience was terrible, especially with my family. The room was too small, only 8 feet high, and I couldn’t sleep for hours because the windows were closed and there was no ventilation. I asked the staff for a pillow so I could sleep outside the hotel, but they wouldn’t help. No one cooperated; the whole building felt empty, as if no one was alive. Until you see the property yourself, don’t book it. The hotel had no AC, the staff and room conditions were the worst, there was no shop, and it was very expensive. I would never try again and advise others not to use Treebo for booking.
