Location is fine, but cleanliness was lacking, WiFi was very bad, check‑out was too early, and the staff was just okay.

The spot was decent and the room plus the facilities stayed clean and fairly well maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially the maid supervisor. However, the studio suite turned out smaller than I’d imagined. The bathroom was tiny and offered no place to hang towels or clothes, which was a real hassle for our four. The air conditioning swung wildly between too warm and blasting cold, making it impossible to find a comfortable temperature. Smokers on higher floors should be warned not to drop cigarette ashes over their balcony rail; we had ashes fall onto our balcony while sipping coffee and again later in the day. I had mistakenly thought we’d get a pool‑view suite with chairs outside our door, but instead we were given an end room on the second floor with nothing outside our door. I was honestly shocked at what we received for $966.42. I’d seen similar accommodations near Ala Moana for far less, but I was looking for something a bit more upscale. Overall, I was very disappointed and feel I overpaid.
