The whole staff was incredibly excellent; the two daytime receptionists and the night reception team were very attentive and welcoming, and the housekeeping crew deserves praise. There were no negative points.

The hotel’s location is good and the beds are comfortable, with a wardrobe, TV, and mini‑fridge; reception service is decent. However, the check‑in was slow and unnecessary photo‑taking was required because there is no facial‑recognition system, which was tiring after a late arrival, even though I had stayed there before. The breakfast attendant was in a bad mood, ignored our conversation, and was rude when we asked for help. The room smelled of sewage coming from the bathroom drain, though the bathroom itself wasn’t dirty.

The spot is convenient and they have decent parking, plus the front desk staff were really helpful. My room was spotless, which I appreciated. Only thing that fell short was the breakfast – it left a lot to be desired.

I really liked staying at Hotel Pinheiro Center; it sits right in the middle of town, so getting to the main sights was a breeze. The rooms were comfy and had air‑conditioning, making it fine for both business trips and vacations. Nothing really bothered me.

Anderson at the front desk was super polite, which was a bright spot. Unfortunately the room smelled of mold, the window never seemed cleaned, and the shower’s wiring felt unsafe. The breakfast wasn’t much better either.
