I stayed for 7 days, paid a lot of money, and there were no fresh towels. The trash bin was never emptied over the seven days and toilet paper wasn’t refilled. The hallway carpet was very dirty and the elevators were a disaster. For the price, it was a disgrace for the hotel.

The hotel was centrally located, a tram stop was a few minutes away. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very friendly. There was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn’t always restocked, the juice machine broke several times, and drinks were missing at the bar in the evenings.

The rooms are large enough, the bed is totally comfortable, and the option to choose your own pillows is really great. Breakfast was a bit sparse and with only one staff member in such a big hotel, it felt understaffed.
