HOTEL UPTOWN New Delhi

The staff are very helpful and love to assist; we had a window in our room that couldn’t be opened because of air pollution and noise, and there is really no view. There is an air‑conditioner, a kettle, and a fan. The photos are simulated; there is no such view from the window, the dining area is very dark and not very pleasant to sit in. The whole hotel is very old, the room has a lot of limescale, the sheets have holes, it’s not enjoyable and doesn’t match a 4‑star rating. But it’s India and the staff were great.

Breakfast was very rich and generous, the staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel was very clean, but owners should try to keep the hotel’s façade more presentable and clean.

The staff were amazing, treating us excellently and always thoughtful and attentive. It sits right on the main bazar, so just be careful 😅

“Excellent stay and friendly staff”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Dave, Alam and Virat went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I will stay here again when I visit Delhi next time
