The room was a good size, clean, and had characterful furniture and décor. The balcony furniture was old and broken, not like the online photos. Water bottles were left on the side instead of in the fridge. The TV was broken from day one and the staff showed no interest in fixing it.

The river location was great; it’s one of our favorite spots on the Thames.

The location was comfortable and the vibe friendly. Service was excellent, the room was nicely sized with attention to detail, and the evening and breakfast meals were delicious. The bay window faced the car park, had no blind, and each room could see the others; there was no screen to block that view.

The room was great, especially since we brought our dog, and the staff were as friendly as always; we even got to dine in the restaurant with our dog, which was a bonus. All great.
