The outdoor area is well maintained and the coffee is good with variety. My experience wasn’t great: we had shower problems, so I called reception and they said maintenance would check it, but no one came and we had to shower in the shower stall. Upon arrival, we were put in a room facing the pool with music noise; I had asked for a quieter room with a clear view, told reception, and they switched us. The only issue with the wiring was one outlet had an abnormal opening in the mesh, which was inconvenient. The rooms also need maintenance attention—there was mold on the bathroom walls, for example. Room lighting was poor. I think they should focus more on guest wellbeing and ensure requests are fulfilled.
