The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.
“180Degree experience”
The room layout was well thought out, but the breakfast was generic with few options, and housekeeping only cleaned when I asked; the lift broke during my stay and I had to wait until I stayed, and to get hot water I had to tell them to turn on the geyser.

The double room was adequate in size but not clean enough; the single room was cramped with no room to move, I kept nicking my leg on the bed corner, the fan regulator didn’t work and after complaining I was moved to another floor where the regulator still turned off by itself, causing me to wake up repeatedly at night; the front‑desk girl was rude, uncooperative, and couldn’t find my reservation even after a long wait.
The service was poor, and a single cup of tea cost 150 rs, which was too expensive.
