The location was fine, but there was no air conditioning, no breakfast as advertised, and the staff were rude.
“No deseable”
The only thing that was good was the location. The staff’s treatment wasn’t great, the hotel’s conditions didn’t meet expectations, and we didn’t receive the room we had booked because it had air‑conditioning problems. They sent us to a basement room with no windows, cracked walls, blood stains on the bedspread, and no towels in the bathroom. I won’t return to this hotel and I expect a refund from booking.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff wasn’t very helpful except for the gentleman working after 3 pm. The room was not clean, dusty, and the A/C was not working.
“I had an emergency and needed to stay somewhere close. Worth every penny. Some rooms needs maintenance.”
The staff and cleaning crew were very on point, but the room lacked air conditioning and was very hot.

The bed was comfortable, the view was of the street—very New York‑style, gritty. The location felt a bit sketchy, but I had no incidents and it’s close to everything. I booked a room with a view, yet when I arrived they put me in the basement, then 2 minutes later knocked on the door and moved me back to the original room I paid for. The vending machine took my money, they watched me insert it knowing it wasn’t working, then told me it wasn’t working and that they didn’t have the key to open it to at least reimburse me—very dishonest. The TV only had the weather channel and no remote. There was no hot water. The bar area was always empty, so even if I wanted to buy something I couldn’t; thank goodness for DoorDash.
