“A centrally located budget stay held back by disorganised, superficial & guest-unfriendly operations”

The location was very central in Tirana. The room was functional for a solo traveler, with modern furniture and a renovated, functional bathroom. The cleaner was responsive whenever I asked for something, hot water was reliable, and free water bottles were provided in the common area. Given that I wasn't happy with the stay, I was also offered the option to pay for fewer nights and check out early. Self check-in was unreliable; the entrance code system didn't work, and I was locked outside for an hour with no apology afterward. Communication via WhatsApp was very slow throughout. The payment process wasn't clearly explained, and it's easy for misunderstandings to arise around it. Cleaning wasn't automatic (you have to explicitly ask) and was surface-level when done (I found dust and an IQOS stick behind the fridge, and had makeup-stained face towels). The water was cut off entirely for 2 of my 5 nights. The staff was, at best, impersonal, and at worst, rude, and I didn't appreciate how my payment was demanded the day after my check-in had been handled so unprofessionally

“Ottima esperienza da 5 stelle”

Top sotto ogni punto di vista: accoglienza, comfort e un'onestà rara! ★★★★★. Struttura piccola ma super completa, curata in ogni dettaglio per non far mancare nulla. Ho amato in particolare la grande finestra con affaccio sulla strada, luminosa e di carattere! Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è lo staff: impeccabile e infinitamente disponibile. La prova del nove? Ho dimenticato lì la mia trousse dei trucchi e, persino dopo mesi, mi hanno aiutata a recuperarla con una gentilezza fuori dal comune! Trovare una tale cura e disponibilità non è da tutti i giorni. Ve la consiglio con tutto il cuore!

Good location. Many attractions were 10‑20 minutes away on foot. Parking was very difficult, and the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos.

“Okay”

Okay for one night and probably more for a single person. The mattress was too old for two people; it sagged terribly in the middle so you just rolled into each other on an already small bed. It’s a bit tricky to find; make sure you send a WhatsApp message before you arrive to get your self‑check‑in details.
