“We loved our stay at the Shores and plan to return again.”
I loved the location and the easy access to amenities. The lady who worked on site was awesome! The hot water ran out faster than I liked, and there were a lot of bugs—though that’s a natural issue because of a porch light that can’t really be helped lol.

Everything about the stay was peaceful, which alone made it worthwhile. I could have fished if I’d brought a pole, but that’s on me. The weather was great, and I’m grateful to Mother Nature for that.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points - it was situated in a convenient and easily accessible area, making it perfect for exploring the surrounding city. However, my experience was marred by some disturbing issues in my room, including mouse droppings on the bed and a noticeable infestation of bugs.
The cabin offered a stunning lake view and was spacious and spotless; I even swam in the lake and used the kayaks on site. The staff always responded quickly and we had no problems. The kitchen lighting was a bit dim, but that didn't ruin the experience.
