We loved the modern design, clean and well‑maintained room, and especially the balcony; the staff were also kind and accommodating. However, the breakfast and dinner were advertised as buffets, but upon arrival we were only offered limited room service because the restaurant was closed, so the hotel should update its descriptions to avoid misleading expectations for future guests.
