The location was great, the hotel was incredibly clean, almost everything was perfect. The only thing I regret is that you have to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast; the breakfast wasn’t very extensive, but the quality was good.

They answered every request quickly during the booking process, and the location was very central, within walking distance to places like Aziz Sava Cathedral and the Botanic Garden. Whenever we stopped by the reception, we were greeted with smiles from the first day until check‑out, and they solved every request. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. We were welcomed with treats, and left with handmade cookies. The in‑room toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, hand soap—were top quality, and there were plenty of spotless towels. The breakfast area was adequately sized and nicely designed, with a varied and tasty spread. The café staff were friendly, professional, and hospitable, and the tea, coffee, and other drinks were delicious. The bookshop, main street, square, and other attractions were all close by. When we were tired, a quick visit to our room was enough before we went out again. Evenings were lively because we were in the center, and the route was safe. My wife and I relaxed and walked around comfortably. The airport transfer was clean and reliable. We felt at home and had a wonderful holiday. We left ready to return to Belgrade and stay at Townhouse 27 again, looking forward to seeing them again. Among the Balkan hotels we stayed at, this was the most welcoming and memorable. “Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit ganz besonderer Herzlichkeit! ❤️”

From the first moment we felt incredibly comfortable in the boutique hotel Townhouse 27. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish, and decorated with great attention to detail. Its location right in the old town of Belgrade is simply perfect. What really made our stay special was the warmth of the entire team; everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful that we almost felt at home. You can immediately tell that the staff truly care about their guests. The breakfast every morning was a delight—lovingly prepared and beautifully presented, a real treat for the eyes and palate. In this cozy and relaxed atmosphere, the day could not have started better! A heartfelt thank you to the whole team! You made our stay in Belgrade something special. We will definitely come back! For us, it’s one of those hotels you’ll remember with a smile for a long time. Absolutely recommended! The only. everything was super!

“Foarte reconfortant si relaxant.”

The breakfast was impeccable, and the hotel is very centrally located with quick access to the pedestrian zone. The only issue was that near the room on the top floor there were air‑conditioning units that were quite noisy.

The hotel is in the city center, a convenient spot for walking tours. The large room was good. Breakfast was excellent, everything needed was there, and most importantly everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The downside: there was a slight mold smell in the bathroom, though no visible mold; the sink water drained poorly, and when I lifted the plug I saw hair clumps, which was unpleasant. Our windows faced a busy road, and at night we heard intermittent traffic noise.
