“Comfortable Accomodation close to all the attractions in Split”

A very small, compact room three flights up, but it’s well positioned for everything Split has to offer. The room was nicely furnished with modern amenities and a very comfortable king‑size bed. Finding the apartments was nearly impossible, though Lara was available to give directions and meet us on the street to escort us to the apartments. The apartments are three flights up, which didn’t bother us but might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was clean and decent, but there was no reception desk, so I had to wait in the lobby on the third floor. After my recent surgery I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I’d known this, because it’s not suitable for someone with mobility issues and that wasn’t mentioned when booking. The photo of the exterior in the listing doesn’t match the reality of the back yard. In the evening there was also noise from the restaurant below.

“It was good but not what we expected.”

The location was great and Toni and Ana always answered any request we had; when my husband sprained his ankle Ana sent ice, which was very helpful. The showers were lukewarm or cold, which wasn’t terrible on hot days but still uncomfortable; Ana sent someone right away to fix it, yet it still wasn’t hot enough. We had to carry our luggage up to the second floor and down 55 stairs, which was a problem for us with injuries. We were told no elevators could be installed. Rooms were only cleaned on request, which was not what we expected for a king luxury suite; it was smaller than we thought but still comfortable.

The hotel was nicely presented and very comfortable, but the breakfast was off‑site and it was hard to find and check in.
