The staff were very friendly, though their English is weak. The hotel is on the outskirts with poor access; without a rental car it would be tough. Breakfasts are sweet.

The staff are kind and the area is very quiet. The room has everything, comfortable clean beds, a small balcony facing either the entrance or the garden. The pool is convenient and clean, with shaded and sunny spots. TV has Sky but has some network issues. The fridge barely works (not very cold). The bathroom is adequate but the tub can be uncomfortable; a shower is better. Unfortunately the gym area was not operational. Breakfast could be richer—fewer snacks like cereals or fruit, and some savory options. The Wi‑Fi works well.

The hotel felt “right at hand” for everything, and having a car made it even easier; we liked the peaceful surroundings for a relaxing break, and when we wanted to mingle, everything was just a half‑hour away. Breakfast was sweet, and Rosa kindly prepared eggs on request; the pool was ours alone, we didn’t use the sauna in the heat, but we did use the makeshift gym. The downside was that most other guests arrived for one‑ to three‑night stays and were placed next to our room, making everything quite noisy, and on the first day we had no car yet wanted lunch and dinner at the hotel—though they claim to have a restaurant, they don’t serve lunch at all and only occasional dinners. The roads to and from the place were also a bit nerve‑wracking, sometimes turning into narrow forest tracks.

The place was close to everything and the staff was great, but there was no elevator. And that is all I can say negative.
