The location was convenient and easy to reach, but the cleanliness was unsatisfactory, the property was poorly maintained, and there was no lift.

I arrived to find the sheet, towel, and pillow cover all dirty and smelling bad; there was only a single blanket for two people, and neither the room nor the toilet had been cleaned, making the whole experience awful.

The area around the hotel was decent, but the management was terrible and the room was never cleaned; I was preparing for exams, yet the stay felt bizarre and very unpleasant.

The bed in the room was fine, but the overall facilities were not good 😑.
