Everything was great! The compact room had everything needed, with 24‑hour check‑in. We arrived at night, checked in without any problems, and received hot tea.

The location is clearly off‑center, but great for a mobile tourist; the tricastello layout is excellent because it frees up usable space in the room. My wife, not me, complained that the bathroom is shared and not private in the room.
