The staff were friendly and the place stayed clean, but there was absolutely no hot water at all.

The bed was comfortable, yet the staff were very noisy early in the morning while we slept, waking us up; the security guard often fell asleep on duty, so we’d wait almost 10 minutes for the gate to open, and when we asked, he admitted he was sleeping. The shower was broken, with wildly fluctuating water temperature, and the Wi‑Fi kept disconnecting intermittently.
