No positives. The power cut, cramped space, and dirty room were all issues.

It was clean, but the name isn’t Hotel O Kolkata—it’s Hotel Gardenia, and I spent 30 minutes searching for it. The complimentary breakfast was awful; I found a sachet inside an omelette and the overall quality was bad. The price was too high. I booked a Deluxe triple room but received a small single room at the same rate.
