The location is great. Carlos is very kind and attentive, and everything else is fine.

Carlos, the manager, gave excellent service, very attentive and helpful. The accommodation is very close to Playa San Diego. The facilities need more care: a room door lock didn’t work properly, there’s no air conditioning, and it would help to invest in better sheets, towels and curtains.

“El precio está por encima de lo que ofrecen.”

La amabilidad del encargado nos gustó. El aseo no estuvo bien ni lo que necesitas de implementos personales (éramos dos y solos pusieron un jabón y una toalla y medio papel higiénico). La ubicación es difícil cuando no conoces nada, no tuvimos el primer día opciones para comer ni reconducciones adecuadas, casi que nos tocó salir a rebuscar todo. La privacidad no existe en las habitaciones de noche por las cortinas delgadas y hace demasiado calor; un ventilador no es suficiente

“El hotel está bien ubicado, pero puede mejorar la experiencia dentro de el.”

Carlos, the host, was very helpful. The kitchen had badly worn accessories, including the stove and pots, and lacked basic cooking supplies. The mattresses looked a bit worn. We weren’t given cleaning items, so we had to ask; they only provided a small soap and towels. Other hotels usually supply shampoo. In room 5 we had two fans, but only one worked and sometimes stopped. With the hot weather, the shower never produced cold water, which really lowered the experience in the heat.
