The location was great. However, the salad delivered to the room was raw, and the tea left over from the previous day had been sitting for two days; I ended up pouring it out and washing the glass myself to avoid mold. In the minibar, a bottle of water had already been consumed before I arrived, which the staff didn’t notice but I did, so I called reception to sort it out and they confirmed the water had been drunk by a prior guest, yet they still asked me at checkout whether I had drunk it.
