Great secure free parking, very secure location, close to the train station for quick and easy travel to central Rome. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very quiet and dark and we slept really well. Virginia was a kind and helpful host who let us check in early, left the car, and prepared a savory breakfast for me. We booked a room with a shared bathroom, which was fine, but because the bathroom was shared we could have down with a mirror in the bedroom.

The plus was the bus stop next to it and the shop. I arrived with my husband to the address from booking. Until check‑in at 16:00 I received no information about room codes etc. Somehow we managed to enter the general property so we didn’t have to stand on the street. I sent a few messages to the owner about where we were supposed to stay and how, but got no reply. I started calling booking help; my husband got angry and went to the shop for a beer while I was on the phone. A lot of such conversations. Finally a small contact with the owner's husband. No English. He arrived, got mad at us for opening a beer after an hour of waiting in that temperature. The accommodation problem was huge. The owner not only insulted us for opening the beer while tired waiting for accommodation but also called me a prostitute and said my husband was a burdeloo, etc. We’re married for over 20 years. He threatened a gun. There is a lot to write. When we finally got a room, it turned out it wasn’t the right one, so we had to move. The toilet paper was very limited, so better bring a small supply. Also note the cleaning lady – she throws everything in the bathroom but also in the room. She can spill functional teas that someone has specially brewed. Nothing else to describe. Exceptional breakfasts are… (photo attached). The bathroom is not broken, there is no chaos.

“Aceptable”

The house is very pretty. If you’re only staying one day, or if you don’t have a vehicle, I don’t recommend it; it’s hard to get there from the train station.

One of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, both in the bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room. In the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of options to make coffee, tea, and other hot drinks. In addition, you can choose the type of breakfast you want as well as the time you’d like to have it. The property is very secure, with a coded gate at the entrance and a second front door before you reach the apartment itself. Our experience was taken to another level thanks to the outstanding service and help we received from the incredibly kind owner, Virginia. She allowed us to park our broken scooter in the house’s yard for an entire month until the transport company came to collect it, and she provided us with all the information and guidance we needed about the city. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

I had an outstanding stay, earning a perfect 10/10. The property was flawless—spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was quiet and pleasantly scented. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming right from the start. The location was ideal and the check‑in was lightning‑fast. It’s clear they’re passionate and professional. Truly amazing! There was nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. No room for improvement.
