The locals are very kind, even though they don’t speak English, we managed to communicate :) The accommodation was very cozy. The parking was on the edge of the road, fortunately it wasn’t very noisy.

Location, lake‑view balcony, authentic Albanian experience in a rural village. If you enjoy adventure, go for it. The restaurant is down the road and the café‑bar is beside the church. You’ll see plenty of donkeys, chickens, and feel like you’re experiencing genuine warm village folk. Say hello to everyone – it’s a small, respectable community.

I had to go there to see how great everything is. Thanks to Valentina and Mitre for welcoming us and doing everything for us. We’ll definitely come back.

Everything: the owners’ kindness, the excellent meals cooked by Valentina, her tips for sightseeing, the lake view from the balcony, and the close proximity to the village center and trails. We really felt at home, everything was perfect! The only thing missing were two more lounge chairs on the terrace. :)

Valentina is a charming host who always wants to stay in touch; she’s extremely friendly, and the meals she prepares with love are excellent. We would have stayed longer. Valentina booked a boat for us to visit the beautiful island of Maligrad, and Pustec is a lovely village. I highly recommend taking this little detour to the Prespa lake shore.
