Location, reception, room.
The location was super convenient and the price was good, but I ran into an access‑card issue and had to use a luggage trolley that was left for guests to handle.
The room was nice, yet the TV only offered channels TV1, TV2, and TV3; every other channel kept loading endlessly.
“Great value but can be better”
The hotel offers great value for money and its location is convenient, but the cleanliness has dropped compared to my previous stays—hope they improve.
The room was fine, but I couldn't get an invoice because I booked through the hotel last week; checking in at another hotel would have let me receive one.
