The spot was brilliant—quiet, close to good restaurants and the Ginza line, but the room wasn’t very clean, with hair clumps on a stained carpet and a somewhat dated bathroom.

Everything we expected was there, including a welcome reception where we could shower and freshen up on day one; we got there at 7am and it was a lifesaver. The elevators can get a bit crowded.
