The central location was great, but the staff were insufficient: one afternoon we waited over 15 minutes at the entrance door with no response, and the front‑desk manager said she was busy elsewhere and that the large house made it impossible to stay at the reception because of other duties. The air‑conditioning system needs fixing, as the floor flooded with condensation for all three nights.
