Ideal location to be able to walk around central Napier and foreshore sights. Reception area not staffed according to sign- didnt matter to us but for foreign travellers may be an issue

I slept well on the bed, but they promised a disabled-friendly room for my elderly mum and never gave us one; the motel was fully booked, so I’m not returning with her.
