The hotel sits in a great spot for both ski lifts and summer activities, but the building feels old and needs a serious facelift, especially the in-room tech and supporting infrastructure.

Everything was excellent: the location is ideal for ski lifts and nearby attractions, the design is classy (especially the bar and reception areas), and the staff were wonderfully friendly; the underground parking was a big plus, and the wellness zone with sauna, jacuzzi, and hot pool deserves special mention—being surrounded by mountains was truly relaxing. The glass doors let you step straight onto the terrace to smoke whenever you like. In the evenings the bar served great cocktails and the big screen showed football matches. The house wine was good, and breakfast was delicious and generous, featuring omelets, small pastries, tarts, and more, not just the usual brioche, butter, and jam. The scent of wood in the rooms is immediately noticeable and pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. P.S. there’s a helicopter landing pad, though I didn’t use it—maybe on Befana day… 🧹

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to families and kids, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and after dinner there was music, a kids’ area, and a cozy spot for a drink; the pool was a bit chilly and the floor around it was slippery.

The place has a lot of potential, yet it requires a full overhaul; the room was filthy, with a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the bedding looked used and covered in hair.
