Location, close to the airport and the center, is the place with the most beach in San Andrés. Maintenance is needed and the air conditioning in common areas and in rooms should be fixed, modernize the bathrooms a bit and the furniture that is in bad condition.

The food and staff are good, but there is no beach at the hotel or nearby.

The staff were terrible at fixing the rate error they were charging; they never resolved it, so we had to leave and find another hotel.

We could check in before 3 pm, drop our bags, and use the restaurant, bar, and facilities; at departure they let us do a late check‑out for free and stored our luggage because our flight was late. Although every room photo shows a balcony, they assign one by availability; the room we got first had none, but they offered to swap it for a balcony room the next day.

The buffet food was great, and from the moment we arrived they offered us meals even though it was very early—excellent service. I disliked that I couldn’t book some restaurants or the beach club; when they said slots would open, they weren’t available.
