The location is close to several routes for moving around San Juan, and parking is easy – few San Juan hotels offer parking. The stay feels very safe, so you can relax with confidence. The TV had several channels; in San Juan it’s hard to get a TV signal. The checkout time set by Booking is 10 am; I requested 12 pm and the Booking platform sent a wrong arrival notification instead. If you book directly at the hotel, checkout is 12 pm like any other hotel. The cleaning could be much better in the room’s bathroom; I told the receptionist about the shower drain issue and she didn’t resolve it. The pillow covers should be the same as the sheets, not the duvet; although they were clean, they felt more hygienic when white like the sheets, which were good quality.

The value for money is excellent. The room felt stuffy; I wish it had air conditioning, the hotel feels very enclosed, lacks ventilation, and at night the room turned into an oven.
