The spot is close to the MRT and a department store, and there are plenty of eateries nearby, which is pretty good, yet the cabinets are old and the shower door leaks so water spills onto the floor.

The location is handy, food options are close, the area feels safe, staff are courteous, rooms are spotless, soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is huge and comfortable, but the shower water starts too hot, and when you lower the temperature the flow diminishes, making it hard to adjust.
