“staff yang jelek pelayanannya”
No positives. The pool was under maintenance, a staff member entered our room when we weren’t there, the female daytime guard was very unfriendly, the double bed measured only 140 cm instead of the usual 160 cm queen size, and I regret not seeing the reviews before booking.
The staff were friendly and attentive, even though sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate. The location felt a little far from the city center.
Their hospitality was the best!
I stayed with my family and the room was comfortable; there was a simple hall for breakfast and chatting, and a 24‑hour self‑serve tea and coffee station. In the mornings they offered bread and local snacks. Next time I go to Jogja, I’ll book here again.
The accommodation was very clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely kind. Everything was perfect for getting to our various activities, and we really appreciated it.
