The hotel is nicely situated in the heart of Grosseto, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is quite good. However, the building is old and the rooms could use an update and modernization, especially the bathrooms and the electrical plugs.

The location is perfect, and the room is very comfortable. The breakfast, however, does not match the level of a hotel of such importance.
