The overall environment and location were excellent; parents with children will find it suitable. I highly recommend it for tourism or fun with kids, and in winter the proximity to the ski lift is totally top.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with quality scented cosmetics. The apartments were in the middle of everything; we used the restaurant, Yettiland, bikes, and hiking, and I definitely recommend it.

“Would pick another hotel at that location next time”

Breakfast was decent. The girl at reception was not friendly or helpful, and English was hard to get. When I arrived for check‑in, no one was at the desk—they had already left at 5 pm. I had to find a Slovak guy to call them and figure out how to get the key. The shower gel bottle in my room was empty, and in another room the shampoo bottle was empty. A nearby hotel offers better service for the same price. They’re not on Booking, but you can find them on Google Maps.

Apartments were right next to the children's park. Very clean, minimalist design, but everything you need is there. The big bathroom came with towels. Breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant, served in a Swedish‑style setting. The selection isn’t huge, but you can pick from sweet pastries, eggs, fruit, sausage, coffee.
