“Decepción”

The staff were friendly, but it’s unbelievable that Booking has no filter or validation to show hotels… this place looks nothing like the listing. The photos are completely misleading, both inside and out. It’s an ancient hotel with a bad smell, cockroaches, and terrible conditions. I didn’t see the Google reviews, but the photos show the real state of the hotel.

“busca otra opcion si visitas guadalajara”

The breakfast and location are fine, yet the hotel lacks comfort: the bathrooms don’t work, the place is uncomfortable, smells bad, and there’s a lot of noise from the outside old building.

I booked it for friends from out of town, and they told me their stay was wonderful; the staff made up for everything with great personality and well‑kept rooms. Thank you very much 👌🏻. They had a payment issue and a check‑in time problem (they arrived on time but the system said otherwise and raised the price a bit); it wasn’t their fault, it was the system.

The location is good, but the cleanliness and facilities are practically abandoned. The parking is also basically deserted. The lobby room has disgusting backdrops. The elevator staff and restaurant are redeeming.
