The place was generally clean, but because the lobby floor is open to the public during the day I could see evidence that strangers had been inside – I even found a cigarette butt on the floor.

“値段通り。”

It was cheap and the staff left a good impression, yet the walls were so thin that the neighboring room’s chatter kept me up late into the night and, after they finally fell asleep, their snoring still woke me; I figured the low price might explain it, but it was still exhausting.

“Nada recomendable”

The location is close to public transport and Shinsekai. The streets feel quite unsafe due to many vagrants. We found a dead spider and the floor was not clean. Walls and doors don’t insulate sound well, so you can hear people walking down the hall and in their rooms. Being next to the train tracks, opening the window lets in a lot of noise. The bathroom is very small and has no place to hang towels. There aren’t many outlets—only one power strip far from the bed and above the fridge. The bed was so hard that we woke up with back pain both nights. We would not stay again.

“安いのに綺麗なホテル”

The bathroom, shower and sink were spotless, which felt great given how dirty those areas can get, though I wish each floor had a designated smoking area; with so many bars nearby the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, so having a place to smoke inside the hotel would have put my mind at ease.
