The view from the courtyard was nice, there were many flowers in the hall, and that was it. The staff were absent both in the evening at check‑in and in the morning when we were leaving. A woman was left on site to look after the hotel. The breakfast was awful – swarms of flies. I didn’t eat or drink anything – it felt like I was missing a dose of dysentery. The dirt was everywhere, and in the room there were food crumbs lying around! We cleaned it ourselves. Because we arrived late in the evening and couldn’t change rooms, the hotel is quite far up in the mountains. The shower water didn’t drain, so taking a shower was practically impossible. There was no wifi. At the entrance to the hotel there was a booth with a barrier – paid entry to the park. So if you don’t need the park but need to stay at the hotel, shower, and eat breakfast (which in this hotel is basically impossible), they will still charge you 1000 som from two people. An extra fee that was nowhere mentioned in the property description!! Note added 30.08.2026: Booking returned me 1000 som after lengthy disputes. Thanks, this is a matter of principle!

Breakfast was fine. The place was dirty, the whole floor was covered in hair, the accommodation is on a nature reserve and you have to pay an entrance fee, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
