We arrived around midnight and the front desk told us the suite we’d booked was already taken. At first she said nothing could be done and told us to look for another room, promising a refund later. The manager was on a trip and no one else was there, but after a lot of back‑and‑forth the receptionist finally got us a room and even added breakfast. When we checked out the manager tried to bill us for the breakfast, we said no, and he left it.

I liked the place overall, but the door lock needs fixing – you have to use the key manually and it still doesn’t fit right. On top of that, the breakfast staff loudly told me the coffee wasn’t included and that I shouldn’t serve myself before checking in, which was wrong and pretty embarrassing in front of other guests.

The location was great and the room was clean, but breakfast is supposed to be included in the rate and we were told no on the first day. After a lot of back‑and‑forth we finally got it on the second day.

The place is close to everything, the room is cozy, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is simple but good. The housekeeping schedule was a pain – they never cleaned when we were free, and once a cleaner almost walked in while we were still in the room. The TV only shows local channels and has no YouTube or Prime Video.
