The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was fairly standard but sufficient, and the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the region. However, the hotel is far outside Chemnitz on the countryside, and we had assumed the on‑site restaurant would be available for dinner; the day before arrival we were told it would be closed during our stay.

The hygiene and staff friendliness were good, but it was a shame the restaurant was closed on Monday; otherwise, the stay was fine. Hygiene was good, breakfast excellent, especially the friendly staff.
The hotel was almost empty, giving absolute quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant was largely shut, and there was no way to brew coffee or tea in the room.

The staff were friendly, but they were overwhelmed by a big event, and after three requests we were told they couldn't serve us in a reasonable time—about 90 minutes after ordering. We managed to find something to eat farther away.
