“Ужасный сервис. Это не 4 звезда а максимум 3.”

Location was fine. Two days of no hot water. Service was awful. Almost everything had to be ordered separately (soap, shampoo, toilet paper). Breakfast was zero‑level. When we asked for a scrambled egg at 9:30 am, we were told there were no eggs yet. Tea selection was very sparse (no lemon). A person worked in the kitchen, and if you asked for something, the reply was, “I don’t know, I work in the kitchen, my colleague isn’t here.” The reception was never staffed, so we constantly had to wait. I recommend everyone stay far away from this hotel.

“Nur Lage gut”

Location was okay, but there was no hot water at any time during the whole stay (five days straight). At breakfast they never refilled coffee or food even though there was still an hour and a half left before the buffet closed. The staff were present but did nothing.

“宿そのものは良いのにスタッフが最悪”

The breakfast was good, but when we called late at check‑in after telling them in advance that we’d be delayed, none of the phone numbers listed on the site or in the staff’s email answered. We finally made it to the entrance, saw a sign directing us to another number, got through and were told to pick up the key ourselves. Afterwards the front desk kept asking for our dates as if the reservation never arrived, and the water was shut off for two days. On the last day there was no hot water, so we couldn’t even take a shower.

I was let down by the stay, especially considering the level we expected. Even after the front desk arranged things and I sent several follow‑up emails, I still haven’t received the invoice for our stay. The email address the reception gave me for billing never got any reply. On top of that, the shower water was cold and the tablecloth at our breakfast table was visibly dirty. The biggest disappointment was not just the quality problems, but the complete silence afterward. In short, the experience was far below our expectations.

“Un séjour plutôt agréable et confortable malgré le petit incident.”

The value for money is great, the rooms are clean and the facilities are in good condition, and the location is close to shops and restaurants. When we arrived our reservation wasn’t found on their computer, but the issue was quickly fixed without any inconvenience. During breakfast the dining room flooded, so the staff couldn’t serve guests and had to deal with the cleanup, which caused a water cut throughout the hotel.
